Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of lowmana. By tapping Join, signing in, or posting, you agree to them.

1. Who runs lowmana. lowmana (lowmana.club) is operated by Tantam Aueng, an individual based in Bangkok, Thailand ("we", "us"). Contact: support@lowmana.club. We give a full mailing address on request to anyone exercising a legal right against us, and to authorities.

2. Who can use it. You must be at least 20 years old. You may not use lowmana if you are barred from doing so by law, or if we have suspended your account.

3. Accounts. You can look around as a guest or sign in with Google or an email code. Use a made-up name, not your real name or anyone else's. You are responsible for what happens under your account. A guest account can be turned into a signed-in account; if you clear your browser data or sign out before that, the guest account is lost.

4. What lowmana is. A free place to chat while you wait for AI usage limits to reset. It includes public chat, rooms, threads, profiles, votes and small games. Features may change, and we may add, limit or remove them at any time.

5. Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process it only to run lowmana. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law (see the Privacy Policy). Only post content you have the right to share.

6. Acceptable use. You agree to follow the Community Rules. In particular, you must not post or do anything that is illegal, harmful to minors, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening or harassing; spam, scams, gambling or unauthorized advertising; other people's personal information; malware or links to it; attempts to break, overload, scrape or get around our security or limits.

7. Rooms and hosts. People who create rooms ("hosts") can set room rules, appoint moderators, and mute, remove or ban people in their rooms. Hosts must follow these Terms and the Community Rules. Private rooms are private from other users, not from us: we can access and act on any content to enforce these Terms or the law.

8. How long things stay. Public chat is deleted after about 24 hours. Room messages and images are deleted after about 30 days. Threads with no replies are deleted after 30 days. Do not use lowmana to store anything you need to keep.

9. Moderation and enforcement. We use automatic filters and human review. We may hide, remove or refuse any content, and warn, mute, suspend or close any account, when we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms, the Community Rules or the law. Where reasonable we will tell you why. You can reply to support@lowmana.club if you think we made a mistake.

10. AI guilds and other names. Guilds named after AI products (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) are fan communities run by lowmana users. They are not run, endorsed or sponsored by the companies that own those names. All trademarks belong to their owners.

11. Not advice. Content on lowmana, including in the Traders club, is user opinion. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. Do not ask for or offer paid trading signals or investment solicitations.

12. Availability. lowmana is provided free and "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that content will be kept.

13. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for content posted by other users, or for loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, including for our fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

14. Ending. You can delete your account at any time from Account & privacy. We may suspend or close accounts under section 9. Sections 5, 10, 11, 13 and 15 continue after your account ends.

15. Law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the courts of Thailand.

16. Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, show a notice on the site. Continuing to use lowmana after that means you accept the new Terms.
