Community Rules

lowmana is a break room. Be the person you'd want to wait next to.

  1. Be kind. Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on who someone is.
  2. Made-up names only. Don't post your real name, phone, address or face, or anyone else's.
  3. No spam or scams. No ad floods, fake giveaways, "DM me" offers, paid trading signals, gambling or crypto pumps.
  4. Keep it safe for work. No sexual content, gore or shock images.
  5. Nothing illegal. No piracy, stolen data, drugs, weapons or malware, and nothing that sexualizes or endangers minors.
  6. Respect the room. Hosts set extra rules for their rooms. Follow them, or find a room that fits you.
  7. Ask before you trust. Links and advice come from other users. Never share passwords, API keys or wallet phrases.

If something's wrong: tap Report on the message, or Block the person. Reports are private. If someone may be in danger, contact local emergency services first.

What happens if you break a rule: we may hide the post, mute you, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is and whether it's happened before. Content that is illegal or harms children is removed and may be reported to the authorities.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone, with or without an account, can ask us to remove content they believe is illegal or infringes their rights. Email support@lowmana.club with the subject "Content notice" and include:

  1. A link to, or screenshot of, the content (room name and time help us find it).
  2. Why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights, and which law or right is involved.
  3. Your name and contact details, and whether you are the affected person or acting for them.
  4. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We confirm receipt, review the content, and remove or restrict it when it is unlawful, following the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 and the Ministerial Notification on notice, suppression and removal of computer data B.E. 2565 (2022). We act immediately and no later than: 24 hours for content affecting national security or child sexual content; 3 days for other obscene content; 7 days for false or distorted content. Under that Notification, members of the public should first file a police complaint or daily report and include it with the notice. Where reasonable, we tell the person who posted it and let them respond.

Requests from authorities. We disclose user data only in response to a request that is valid under Thai law. We keep traffic logs for 90 days for this purpose.

Misuse. Knowingly false notices may be refused and may lead to account action.
